nosotros permanecimos una sola noche,y fue una buena experiencia, cogimos una suite y la verdad de lo mejor que hemos visto en mucho tiempo, tanto el trato como los servicios que dan, y tuvieron un detalle con nuestra hija de 3 años, lo recomiendo y volveremos en breve

Stayed for two nights including the special Noche Vieja meal and entertainment. I left my water. wine and champagne glasses full to continue enjoying them after dancing (1.00pm) Was thoroughly disappointed on my return to find all the glasses on the table had been removed and when I asked for water was told I had to go and buy a ticket and pay for extra drinks!!! What a shame to spoil such a nice hotel - the room was super and as ordered, the staff were pleasant, the hotel was clean and easy access to the centre of Valencia so how sad a great evening was ruined by such a small thing!! Particularly as none of our party are heavy drinkers and we were all thoroughly dissatisfied with this treatment.

Les canapés lits sont très peu confortables (ressorts, matelas très minces) dans les family rooms et en tout cas peu adaptés à deux enfants. Vous nous avez donné un lit individuel supplémentaire pour chaque chambre, ce que nous avons apprécié. Deux lits individuels avec bons sommiers et bon matelas seraient nettement mieux.

I was stucked in the elevator on the first day and when the doors opened they didn't say sorry o anything like that...it was very unpleasant! And I thought that a 4 star deluxe hotel could even give me the shoes for the swimmingpool without making me pay for it 2.50€! This are the only things that bothered me during the journey!
